Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Live Indianly Whole Wheat & Almond Mix
  • 1 ripe banana, mashed
  • 1 tbsp ghee

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 175C (350F).
  2. Mash banana until smooth.
  3. Add mix and ghee.
  4. Stir to form a soft dough.
  5. Shape into small cookies.
  6. Place on a lined baking tray.
  7. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
  8. Cool completely before serving.

Nutritionist note

Soft cookies are easier for toddlers to bite and chew than crunchy biscuits.
