Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Live Indianly Whole Wheat & Almond Mix
- 1 ripe banana, mashed
- 1 tbsp ghee
Method
- Preheat oven to 175C (350F).
- Mash banana until smooth.
- Add mix and ghee.
- Stir to form a soft dough.
- Shape into small cookies.
- Place on a lined baking tray.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes.
- Cool completely before serving.
Nutritionist note
Soft cookies are easier for toddlers to bite and chew than crunchy biscuits.
