Moringa Paneer Paratha

Moringa Paneer Paratha

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
  • 1/4 cup full-fat paneer made from pasteurized milk, grated
  • 1/4 tsp Live Indianly Moringa Powder
  • 1 tsp ghee

Method

  1. Knead the whole wheat flour into a soft dough.
  2. Mix the grated paneer with the moringa powder.
  3. Stuff the mixture into the dough.
  4. Roll gently into a small paratha.
  5. Cook on a hot tawa with ghee until both sides are cooked.
  6. Cool slightly, cut into small pieces, and serve.

Texture tip

  • 12-18 months: Cut into thin strips or bite-sized pieces.
  • 18M+: Serve whole wedges.
