Moringa Paneer Paratha
A toddler-friendly meal idea for soft family-style eating from 12m+.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
- 1/4 cup full-fat paneer made from pasteurized milk, grated
- 1/4 tsp Live Indianly Moringa Powder
- 1 tsp ghee
Method
- Knead the whole wheat flour into a soft dough.
- Mix the grated paneer with the moringa powder.
- Stuff the mixture into the dough.
- Roll gently into a small paratha.
- Cook on a hot tawa with ghee until both sides are cooked.
- Cool slightly, cut into small pieces, and serve.
Texture tip
- 12-18 months: Cut into thin strips or bite-sized pieces.
- 18M+: Serve whole wedges.
