Whole Wheat & Almond Mix

Whole wheat grains (75%), Almonds (22.5%), Cardamom (2.5%)

1. Take 2 tablespoons of the powder and mix well with 1 cup of water to avoid lumps in a pan.
2. Cook on medium flame, stir continuously to avoid lumps.
3. Simmer until thick (around 5–7 minutes).
4. Cool slightly.
5. Add breastmilk/formula (optional) after cooling.
